Package update hints

The extension Package Json Upgrade visualizes possible upgrades in a package.json:

Do we want to offer something similar, beyond just vulnerabilities and deprecated warnings?

I think this feature itself is pretty cool, but I'm not sure if we still need it once we have something like a version‑lens feature, since it could feel similarly intrusive to users and offer overlapping functionality.
Maybe we could add an option to control how upgrade hints are displayed, and let users choose their preferred style?

I think this is the way to go, also leaves room for future expansion in terms of customizability.
