[BUG] Identical & Missing References

Describe the bug

In some tables, the all the super text¹ source numbers will be the same, and clicking any of them just opens an empty reference.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dextroamphetamine
2. Click on "History, Society, And Culture"
3. Scroll down to 'Formulations' and open the 'Dextroamphetamine pharmaceuticals and prodrugs' table
4. See Error (All references are the same and all are empty when you click them)

References in tables are quite broken right now. Sadly I am a bit busy with another app and I cannot maintain this app right now. I will get back to working on this soon. I hope you understand.
