[BUG] Disabled Restock Time Doesn't Work In Virtual Shop

Disabled restock time will be displayed as 0 sec if players haven't purchased yet.
If you purchase once, it will be displayed as "never update" or sth else.
But actually, those RestockTime: -1 will do somehow auto-restock things after a plugin reload or server normally restart.
