into record page but not input any data press back buttom the daily card Show blank. ( 10 times It will occurs 4 times)

Steps to Reproduce

1. press " + " and into record page
2. press input box but not key in any data
3. press " ← " back to daily card area
4. the daily card area show blank
5. press " + " and into record page
6. press input box and key in any data
7. press " save "
8. back to daily card area
9. it show data. It contains the previous data

Expected behavior

• Expected: press back to daily card area it still show the previous data
• Actual: it show blank

Environment

• healthbox : v0.6.0 beta2
• OS: HTC EXODUS 1s, Android 8.1.0
