Improvements to InternalTrace #1815
Description
This is a placeholder for improvements to InternalTrace, which I'll spell out here after some further research.
When I ported NUnit's InternalTrace to TestCentric, I made a number of improvements, which I found very helpful. This issue will propose some of those improvements for porting back to NUnit. See also TestCentric/TestCentric-Gui#1420
