Stop Bundling V2 Result Writer

Although the V2 Result Writer is a separate project, it's distributed with the console msi.

I propose we stop doing that for V4.

As a separate issue, I plan to archive the extension once V4 is released.

Updated title to reflect the fact that the old extension can be expected to continue working since the IResultWriter interface will still need to support extensions. We just would no longer be enhancing it or distributing it as a part of the msi.
