Remove nginx component to simplify implementation

While having an nginx component made this a one-container solution, I'd like to move to a state where the container simply provides apt-mirror and is used with kubernetes CronJobs and standard cron in coordination with docker or docker-compose. This allows for more degrees of freedom in how the mirror is used in terms of nginx vs apache service of the data.
