Download file for windows is corrupt

Hi guys, i need help to download for windows, because tomorrow i have to prepare a moc class like introduction about my technical interview, i need create a basic example about switch and other control structures, but i cant download trhough sourforge because error appears: .exe have problems with virus or only with W. defender
