Error when pinging notification URL if using Mailgun and not logged in #2

I have a Notification set up to use Mailgun as an email service. The notification sends if I trigger the URL manually and am logged in, but if logged out I get this error…
Mailgun Service - Error: The requested URL returned error: 400 BAD REQUESTConsult with Mailgun’s documentation for more information regarding this error. http://documentation.mailgun.net/
It does work correctly using ExpressionEngine as an email service whether you’re logged in or not, so this seems to be something specific to the Mailgun part of the code.
