Installing Radia for Mathematica on non-Windows systems

I have several Mathematica files that I’m using on my PC, so I don’t want to use the Python version. I want to be able to use them on other devices. Radia.exe only runs on Windows — how can I compile it for Linux or macOS?

I am also curious about this, I've had no luck building any binaries for MacOS from the makefile

I've uploaded old zip file with Radia compiled (in 2016) for Mathematica for macOS (../env/radia_math/Radia_mac_old.zip). Not sure if it still works. I don't use macs at all, so compiling for macOS is not a priority. But you can try compiling it yourself, either using xcode (as we were did in the past) or a gcc-compatible compiler.
