WSL for config.platform

Is it feasible to include the Windows subsystem for Linux (WSL) as an additional literal in PlatformTypes and resolve the platform property in the config using the is-wsl module as was done in your cli-ux repo? WSL is currently resolving to Linux which is causing a strange edge case for some of our users.
