Chalet automatic update

After pulling latest commit: dimitre/openFrameworks@bb7f51d

I recompiled ofLibs and then ofGen.

After executing ./libs/libs.sh

I get the following output (only the chalet interesting output):

chalet already installed

Then when i executed ofGen compilation ./ofGen/compile.sh
I got the following message:

>  Update available: 0.8.15 -> 0.8.16
   Get it from: https://www.chalet-work.space/download

So I had to manually call brew upgrade chalet (I think --cask is not needed anymore).

I assume libs.sh script should update chalet?

Nice. it can be updated automatically, but one thing I doont like about it is:

Warning: Not upgrading chalet, the latest version is already installed

it actually downloads before checking if there is need to update. so as I'm focused in slow internet, rural areas and such maybe it is unnecessary data transfer? wondering.

Yes, maybe we can just test for:

❯ chalet -v
Chalet version 0.8.16

And compare against CHALETVERSION?

Now i also see that the chalet install script for macOS does not take into account CHALETVERSION.

Should it be

brew install --cask chalet@${CHALETVERSION}

Is the message "Update available" triggered by chalet or by the compile.sh script? I suspect is by chalet... And maybe ofGen compile needs to notify the user not to take into account this message...

message is by Chalet itself, and it is confused right now because coincidentally ofGen version and Chalet are similar now hahah

@eduardfrigola yes I think it is a great idea indeed!
would you like to take a try on updating it on libs.sh?
ideas:

in script, before the part that that installs chalet, we check if it is installed
if yes, get the version and compare to variable.
if it is different then just remove chalet, with brew uninstall / apt remove

then it will just install again latest version
