The OIIA Explorer is now online: https://explorer.oiia.network/
However, it uses an old legacy open-source explorer software: https://github.com/Alethio/ethereum-lite-explorer
Why not use Blockscout?
Because I don’t have enough money to rent a cloud server. Blockscout requires higher RAM and CPU resources.
Currently, https://explorer.oiia.network/ is running on a machine with 2GB of RAM.
The explorer may switch to Blockscout sometime in the future.
