Following the guide on README
`go get go.okkur.org/torproxy/cmd/torproxy`
Simply fails with error:
```
unrecognized import path "go.okkur.org/torproxy/cmd/torproxy": parse https://go.okkur.org/torproxy/cmd/torproxy?go-get=1: no go-import meta tags ()
```
