Investigate why the proxy throw CERT_HAS_EXPIRED on certain websites. This is a problem with Robin and not with web-proxy-sniffer, since it happens when using hoxy as well.

How to reproduce:

  1. Start Robin
  2. Visit https://www.stackoverflow.com
