[Bug][Feature Request]: FileExplorer locks up when copying files between Locations.

Issue:

When dragging and dropping files to copy between different locations the software stays locked until the file copy has completed.

Use case:

Working with large numbers of files in a asset management environment is slowed or stopped due to the software freezing up. Often it's common to start a large copy and then continue working with a smaller batches of files at the same time.

Feature Request:

Move the copying process out of the main software so it can be managed independently and does not cause freezing.

Notes

I tested this specifically when copying from a FileExplorer Window into an Explorer Window which is where I experienced the lock up. It appeared as though the drag window with the list of files stays visible until the windows copy process completes in full.

Secondary test from FileExplorer window to FileExplorer window locks up once the copy starts but does not show the list of files as an overlay.

Replication Steps

1. Click and select multiple large files in FileExplorer.
2. Drag files to Windows Explorer.
3. Drop files to begin the copy.
4. Software locks up.
