Creation of new tab from the CMD

Hello,

I am trying to link Quick Access Popup program to the File Explorer, but I cannot pass the command to open a path in a the new tab. I can open new tab through CMD, but it always opens the default option for new tab from the option menu. Is there a way to open a path in a new tab through CMD?
