convert all antd components to Salesforce LDS

Right now we have a mix of antd and salesforce LDS framework components... Both of these libraries are extremely heavy and we should probably just pick one (seems LDS is the winner).

Ideally we could get replace all antd components and pull out the dependencies (we could also simplify our webpack config after doing so, which would reduce build & dev startup time)

I think most the components will be pretty easy to replace. The multi-select label filter might require a bit of work depending on if LDS has similar functionality.

I think there also might be a bit of configuration work to get LDS icons setup
