Feature Request: GPS Speed Displayed

How hard would it be to either pull the GPS speed from the connected device or have a toggle to use gpsd to poll the current speed from it? (and maybe other interesting stuff like altitude and gridsquare)
Have it overlayed in a corner or something so it is always visible?

I don't want to be a pain and I am just thinking out loud a bit here, it would be a nice feature tho! Especially for those of us running different sized tires and our actual speedometer is now off. 😄

Do we support quickview plugins (@rsjudka) ? I know @kbader94 has #123 open to rework some of the quick view stuff.
I've not touched quickview code yet, but I think making a GPS quickview plugin would be your best bet for a constant GPS speed.

and yeah given the parameters with this type of feature that quick view plugin rework would be perfect for this
