45deg tip-tilt optic holder V1

Goal: design a 1-inch optic holder that can fit in 30mm cage system. Must support tip-tilt adjustement

For 45 degree optics I figured it would be possible to keep adjustment on the side of the cage system. This makes alignment a lot easier as other elements do not obstruct the adjustment points.

Intial design:

the principle of design is quite simple and based of metal equivalent such as Newports Flexure Mirror mounts.

Features

• not much bigger than cage system
• adjustment setscrews on the side
• optic mounts can be swapped out (modular)
• not compucentric (lens center will move when it is tilted)

Printed parts show that the principle seems functional enough. Haven't dont any serious testing regarding vibration resistance or creep.
