Help Wanted: LangGraph Agent Integration

We need a LangGraph agent runner that allows LangGraph agents to connect to OpenAgents networks. Similar to the existing LangChain integration (LangChainAgentRunner in src/openagents/agents/langchain_agent.py), create a wrapper class that enables LangGraph's stateful graph-based agents to receive network events, use network tools, and send responses back to other agents.
