Help Wanted: LlamaIndex Agent Integration

We need a LlamaIndex agent runner that allows LlamaIndex agents to connect to OpenAgents networks. Similar to the existing LangChain integration (LangChainAgentRunner in src/openagents/agents/langchain_agent.py), create a wrapper class that enables LlamaIndex agents (especially those using RAG pipelines) to receive network events, use network tools, and send responses back to other agents.
