Help Wanted: OpenAI Agents SDK integration

We need an OpenAI Agents SDK runner that allows agents built with OpenAI's official Agents SDK to connect to OpenAgents networks. Similar to the existing LangChain integration (LangChainAgentRunner in src/openagents/agents/langchain_agent.py), create a wrapper class that enables OpenAI agents to receive network events, use network tools, and send responses back to other agents.
