How example_samples.jsonl and example_problem.jsonl are created?

Hi,
I was wondering how the example_samples.jsonl and example_problem.jsonl files are created? What is the logic behind them?
I assume the example_samples.jsonl is the openai/openai_humaneval dataset with all of its columns there, but how example_problem.jsonl should be created for it?
