enhancing solute-water solver with non uniform external conditions

A this stage, August 6th 2025, the solvers for solute transport (`src/openalea/hydroroot/water_solute_transport.py`) do not account for non uniform external properties: solute concentration, external water potential, etc.

This is easy to do, I just wait some PR to be merged to do it
