vertices length

1. Actually, in 'hydroroot.radius.compute_length' all vertex lengths are set to a single value. We should be able to set different lengths.  
2. 'compute_length' in 'hydroroot.radius' is not logical. To be changed with the difficulties that will bring to old codes ?
