Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Alongside localized application resource strings, the dynamic ingredient and equipment names that users search for should be queried and displayed in locale-specific format.

Describe the solution you'd like
Design work is required here, but some initial considerations include:

• Unique, language-agnostic ingredient IDs should be used
• Per-locale strings should be associated with each ID
• The internationalization service is likely still the best place to store the localized values
• The search and autosuggest APIs will need to become locale-aware
