split output

In case of **presentations** and **spreadsheets** the output is hard to display and compare.

It might make sense to have a folder for each input file and an output folder structure like following:

- `<file>`
  - `meta.json`
  - `sheet1.html`
  - `sheet2.html`
  - `...`
