what's DCF

the manual says importing a local xlsx file is discouraged and should be done only by advanced users. Nevertheless, nowhere it says what's DCF, where a beginner should create an account or how.

I assume it's where Google takes me: https://r4eu.efsa.europa.eu/, but it should be noted somewhere...

signing up there doesn't work, those credentials are deemed invalid, there is no way to guess what DCF is
