Event Inspector Details Page: Waveform toggle does not work

Please do work for this task in a branch called issue-260.

In the Event Inspector Details Page:

Clicking the Waveform toggle does not work and throws the following error:

This is a result of #257 . I will remove the bad events from the database, though I think this is a perfect example of an anti-phenomena as detailed in #258 .
