Mimir Recording and Alert rules are not getting loaded properly

1. While loding recording rules, it does not give any error but when I go to grafana I don't see any:

2. Alert rules have some error in them, when I try to load them I'm getting the following error:

invalid rules configuration: rule group name must not be empty
