Staying in place of the last viewed record does not work on Firefox browser

Bug description
According to #1538, this feature - staying in place of the last viewed record, does not work on the Firefox browser

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to SP or Public view Firefox browser
2. Scroll down
3. Click on a record
4. Click "Back to all records" button
5. Once SN loads, you will be back at the top of the page

Actual result
Firefox Version 80.0

Expected behavior
Chrome Version 85.0.4183.83
