cannot execute pktvisor-cli in Orange PI

Describe the bug
When running orbcommunity/orb-agent container inside a Orange PI 3 LTS with Ubuntu 22.04 I can't execute pktvisor-cli command inside the container

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get a Orange PI 3 LTS
2. Install Orangepi3-lts_3.0.8_ubuntu_jammy_desktop_xfce_linux5.16.17 image
3. Install docker
4. run orbcommunity/orb-agent container
5. Get inside the container docker exec -it <container_name> /bin/bash
6. Execute pktvisor-cli -P <policy_name>

Expected behavior
Open pktvisor-cli
