Orb-sensor keeps poping up with a new ID each time container is rebuilt with ORB_EPHEMERAL_MODE=1 #3185

I want to save my memory card's resource so I have enabled ORB_EPHEMERAL_MODE.
Now everytime container is rebuilt I am getting a new Orb in the dashboard. All the history is lost + I am eating my license.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please allow to use ORB_ID environmental variable inside the container so Orb's ID can be preserved during container's upgrade with ORB_EPHEMERAL_MODE enabled.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative would be to enable docker volume, but that uses SD card. Which is an overkill for just preserving the container's ID.
Also inside the container you already have variable called "HOSTNAME". I tried setting it in advance, but it is being ignored on the cloud side and I still receive the new id.
