Alt text is available for the Basic Gallery widget, but it is absent from the Pro Gallery widget

Describe the Problem

Images in the Basic Gallery widget are rendered as standard tags with alt text attributes included. In contrast, but when update to elementor pro version,and insert Pro Gallery widget,it outputs images as background images instead, which results in the absence of SEO-friendly alt text.

Propose a Solution

Current Core Contradictory Issues:
1.Basic gallery get alt tags,but the "Column Settings" lack device-adaptive options. A single column configuration must be shared across different device modes, resulting in poor adaptability to multiple devices.
2. After purchasing Elementor Pro and switching to the Pro Gallery, the device-adaptive column feature is added in pro gallery,it's good! However, the images are rendered as background images, missing alt tags(unfavorable for SEO optimization).

Suggestions for improvement：

1. Bacis gallery add colmuns setting for different device type like in pro version
2. Add a dropdown setting in the Pro version, allowing users to freely choose between two image rendering modes: the Basic Gallery's standard img tag mode and the Pro Gallery's background image mode.
