Preview Models: Timeline for General Availability?

Hello,

I’ve noticed that many of the latest models, such as gpt-5.1-chat...even gpt-5.0-chat, as well as Anthropic, Grok, Flux, Sora models...are currently only available in Preview, which means they aren’t recommended for production use yet.

Does anyone have any updates or insight on when these models might become generally available (GA)?
Any info on the expected roadmap would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have by any chance any updates regarding the availability of GPT-Chat models? The fact that not all models are generally available (GA) remains a significant blocker for us.
