Carriage returns appear not to work

This list of karaoke songs in a system I'm working on has carriage returns after every song; NextNotes appears not to understand them. Other notes are the same way. This is with the latest release.

Does this only happen with lists starting with " * " or does it ignore all carriage returns at all?
