Issue when processing `raw_affiliation_string` for creating `works_authorships` in relational database

When creating the works_authorships table, I noticed some rows are corrupted. By looking at few examples, I noticed that it might be cause by the hidden new line character: \n or \r

The issue is caused by authorship.get('raw_affiliation_string') in the line https://github.com/ourresearch/openalex-documentation-scripts/blob/ae2bec2b46d79d5c82b7a1aa8219f13210a040ff/flatten-openalex-jsonl.py#L622C106-L622C106

It might not be the best solution, but I suggest using .replace('\n', ' ').replace('\r', ' ') for non-missing raw_affiliation_string
