JSON files exporting feedback submissions should have filenames with export timestamps #610
Description
We have to export a JSON file with feedback submissions to authorize stipend payments. Software Freedom Conservancy requires filenames to include a timestamp corresponding to the moment in time that file was exported from the Outreachy website. They expect the following timestamp format at the end of the filename:
YYYY-MM-DD-HH-mm
with time in UTC, e.g. outreachy-round-YYYY-internship-round-initial-feedback-YYYY-MM-DD-HH-mm.json or outreachy-round-YYYY-internship-round-final-feedback-YYYY-MM-DD-HH-mm.json.
