Input: OWASP Should provided full funding to projects

I understand a lot of people have already signed hence not raising a request to amend the file. also based on #27 (comment) opening a comment here.

I suggest the wording should also reflect

"OWASP Should commit to helping projects by providing necessary fundings so that projects themselves dont need to resort to trying all these fund raising or fund making activities. Dev's should be able to focus on doing awesome dev work and projects should get whatever funds needed. "

I dont think we can change the working once people have signed.
But happy to capture that input here 😁
