[QA] Time-based One-time Password is prefilled with username

Seen with twofactor_totp-0.8.0-rc.2 on core 10.12.2
using Android FreeOTP Version 2.0.1 (42)

• nstall and enable the twofactor_totp app
• Visit the user settings page, security. Activate totp.
• Connect an authenticator app
• Log out, log in.

when starting to type a OTP number, the digits get appended to the username, this creates an invalid OTP.
User must manually erase the username before entering the digits. BAD

Expected behaviour:

• no username in the entry field
• or the username automatically disappears, when the user types.
