Missing form entries in the "Form" filter dropdown

Description:
We are experiencing an issue with the form selection dropdown in the backend module of formlog. Some forms are missing from the filter dropdown, even though they exist and are correctly logged in the database.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Submit multiple form entries from different forms.
• Open the formlog backend module.
• Use the "Form" filter dropdown to filter entries by a specific form.
• Some forms do not appear in the selection list, although entries from them exist in the log.

Expected Behavior:
All forms that have at least one logged entry should be available in the "Form" filter dropdown.

TYPO3 version: 12.4.27
formlog version: 2.4.3
PHP version: 8.1.23
Database type & version: MySQL 8.0.34

Could it be that the affected forms reside on pages which have been deleted in the meantime?
