User profile displaying name as Undefined

Expected vs actual behavior

Expected

1. In user create screen, first name and last name seems mandatory due to asterisk but it is not. ( remove asterisk as it is an optional field )
2. In user profile, do not display name if it is not set.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a user without giving first, last name
2. Login as the user and check user profile
