Provide an option for users to specify "Change after" in measures instead of beats #6
Description
For example, if you're working on a particular passage that's 13 measures of 3/4, we shouldn't require you to compute 13 * 3 in your head.
Maybe we could change the word "beats" in every 8 beats to a select tag, where the other option is "measures." If you select measures, the text changes to something like every 4 measures of 4/4, where both 4 and 4/4 are inputs.
