Send request - POST update

Method _$la->createTicket($ticket)_ does not work, throwing RuntimeException _"{"message":"useridentifier is required"}"_. 

Caused by contentType _'application/x-www-form-urlencoded'_ => _'application/json'_ and missing _'CURLOPT_POST'_ option.
