Add support to all tokens from squidrouter

Context

In order to test the anyramp thesis, we want to enable all the tokens on the network we support via squidrouter

How much the volatility of these assets affect our subsidy?

It shouldn't really, because for offramps, the squidrouter swap is the first step so there is not much time passing the quote and execution. For onramps, the squidrouter swap is the last action which will swap axlUSDC -> xx token. This has the risk of yielding not the expected amount of tokens to the user if too much time has passed. It doesn't affect our nabla swap subsidy as that happens before that and is detached from the last swap.

@ebma are we not subsidizing the squidrouter swaps? what happens in the onramp case if the rate changed in the squidrouter phase?

Nope, we don't. The squidrouter route we get has a min output and an expected output. In the beginning, we showed the min output to the user, but later decided to go with the expected output instead. This means it can and will sometimes be the case that the user gets less than we quoted. IIRC we once agreed we take that risk when we added ETH and would just monitor how often it happens, then action if required.
