Improve UX for Euro onramp

Context

Currently if the IBAN creation takes longer the user is taken back into the UI with no clean indication, this ticket is to improve that

Todo

• If the IBAN creation is taking longer on the Monerium app, the user should return to the app with the message on the screen saying "IBAN creation is taking longer, We will inform you once it is ready"
• Once the IBAN is ready from Monerium end, the user should recieve an email (Assumption: Email ticket developed) with message saying IBAN ready, please click here to complete the transaction
• The email should have an link, with a predefined quote amount that the user used in the first attempt.
• Clicking on the link should take them to the email login screen and once logged in, they should see the payment summary screen assuming their KYC is completed.

Note

• Question: Would be need this sign-in for monerium now that we have an email and we know the user? or is this at the wallet level?
