User able to paste (+,-) special charecters on Amount or Account Number/Index fields

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch the URL
2.Sign In
3.Paste "+,-" in Amount or Account Number/Index fields

Notice the issue, Able to paste special characters

Expected Result: Should not be able to paste
Actual Result: Able to paste special characters
