Add Recursive Photo Viewing

Hello,

I was wondering if you have any plans to add recursive photo viewing?
What I mean by that is if I click on a folder I'd like to see all the images in the subfolders too.

I'm really looking for something like a picasa replacement but recursive photo loading would be quite close.

I can see this being in useful in various occasions. Especially if we pair it with more powerful search and grouping capabilities (e.g. being able to filter or group by EXIF properties, or presence of people, or auto-detected keywords, etc., not only by name / date / size, etc.). On the other hand, I know my Pics folder contains tens of thousand of images, if not hundreds of thousands. If I run "recursive" there, things will crash because of the sheer amount of data.

Sо, а good idea, but right now it will require way more work to get right than the value it will add comparable to other features we miss. I know at one point I'll have to seriously rethink and upgrade the indexing and cataloging approach, and this will the right time for a feature like this.
