[Evaluation] - Add flow differece for calculated point and expected point #37
Description
In the evaluation module, for each point, we calculate the difference between expected and calculated power, eff and head. This calculation is done by getting the operation flow and speed, and interpolating for these values.
We should also add a difference between expected and calculated flow, by fixing the calculated head and then interpolating to find expected flow.
